TUSubasa Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, TUSubasa (“Platform”) web sitesi ve iOS uygulaması üzerinden sunduğumuz hizmetleri kullanırken hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.

1) Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: kullanıcı adı, e‑posta, şifre (hash’lenmiş), üyelik ve rol bilgileri.
• Profil bilgileri: avatar, biyografi ve kullanıcı tarafından eklenen diğer profil alanları.
• İçerik ve iletişim: akış gönderileri, yorumlar, mesajlar (DM), kanal sohbetleri ve bildirim tercihleri.
• Kullanım ve etkinlik verileri: çalışma/oturum süreleri, pomodoro ayarları, katılınan odalar, cihaz türü, hata kayıtları (crash/log).
• Cihaz/veri işaretçileri: push bildirimleri için cihaz token’ları (APNs/FCM/OneSignal), güvenlik ve suistimal önleme amaçlı bazı teknik tanımlayıcılar.
• Yüklenen dosyalar: profil görselleri, gönderi görselleri; bazı özelliklerde (örn. video erişimi) doğrulama dokümanı (varsa).

2) Verileri hangi amaçlarla kullanırız?

• Hizmeti sunmak: hesap oluşturma, giriş, oda/sohbet, akış ve çalışma özellikleri.
• Güvenlik ve moderasyon: spam/istismar tespiti, topluluk kurallarının uygulanması, şikayet/raporların değerlendirilmesi.
• İyileştirme ve analiz: performans, hata giderme ve ürün geliştirme (toplu/anonim ölçümler).
• Bildirimler: sistem ve mesaj bildirimleri (izin verdiğiniz ölçüde).
• Yasal yükümlülükler: mevzuat gereği saklama/raporlama yükümlülükleri.

3) Paylaşım ve üçüncü taraflar

Verilerinizi satmayız. Hizmeti çalıştırmak için bazı veriler, aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla sınırlı şekilde paylaşılabilir:

• Apple APNs / Firebase (FCM) / OneSignal: push bildirimleri.
• Barındırma (hosting) ve altyapı: sunucu/depola­ma, loglama.

Yasal zorunluluk halinde veya haklarımızı/Platform güvenliğini korumak için veri paylaşımı yapılabilir.

4) İçeriklerin görünürlüğü

Profiliniz ve Platform içinde paylaştığınız içerikler (gönderiler, sohbet mesajları vb.) Platformdaki diğer kullanıcılara görünür olabilir. Bu nedenle paylaşım yaparken kişisel/özel bilgilerinizi dikkatli seçin.

5) Saklama süreleri

Verileri; hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece ve hizmetin sunulması için gerekli makul süre boyunca saklarız. Yasal yükümlülükler veya güvenlik gerekleri daha uzun saklama gerektirebilir.

6) Haklarınız

KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınız dahil olmak üzere; verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz gibi talepler için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz: support@tusubasa.com.tr

7) Değişiklikler

Bu metni zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

TUSubasa Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the services offered through the TUSubasa (“Platform”) website and iOS app, how we use it, and your rights.

1) Data we collect

• Account information: username, email, password (hashed), membership and role information.
• Profile information: avatar, biography, and other profile fields you add.
• Content and communication: feed posts, comments, messages (DM), channel chats, and notification preferences.
• Usage and activity data: study/session durations, pomodoro settings, rooms joined, device type, error logs (crash/log).
• Device identifiers: device tokens for push notifications (APNs/FCM/OneSignal), and certain technical identifiers for security and abuse prevention.
• Uploaded files: profile images, post images; in some features (e.g. video access), verification documents (if applicable).

2) How we use data

• To provide the service: account creation, login, rooms/chat, feed, and study features.
• Security and moderation: spam/abuse detection, enforcement of community rules, review of reports.
• Improvement and analytics: performance, bug fixing, and product development (aggregate/anonymous metrics).
• Notifications: system and message notifications (to the extent you allow).
• Legal obligations: retention/reporting requirements under applicable law.

3) Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your data. Some data may be shared in limited ways with the following service providers to operate the service:

• Apple APNs / Firebase (FCM) / OneSignal: push notifications.
• Hosting and infrastructure: server/storage, logging.

Data may be shared when legally required or to protect our rights or Platform security.

4) Visibility of content

Your profile and content you share on the Platform (posts, chat messages, etc.) may be visible to other users. Please choose personal/private information carefully when sharing.

5) Retention periods

We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period necessary to provide the service. Legal obligations or security needs may require longer retention.

Including your rights under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or objection: support@tusubasa.com.tr
