TUSubasa Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), TUSubasa web sitesi ve mobil uygulamasını (“Platform”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Platforma erişerek veya hesap oluşturarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1) Hizmetin kapsamı

TUSubasa; odaklanma/kronometre araçları, sesli/görüntülü odalar, metin sohbeti, özel mesajlaşma, sosyal akış ve benzeri topluluk özellikleri sunan bir dijital çalışma ve sosyalleşme platformudur.

2) Hesap ve güvenlik

• Hesap bilgilerinizin doğru ve güncel olmasından siz sorumlusunuz.
• Şifrenizi üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayın; hesabınızdaki faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
• 13 yaşından küçükler Platformu kullanamaz.

3) Kullanıcı içeriği (UGC) ve davranış kuralları

Platformda paylaştığınız tüm içeriklerden (mesaj, profil, gönderi, ses/görüntü) siz sorumlusunuz. Yasaklanan içerik ve davranışlar:

• Nefret söylemi, taciz, tehdit, zorbalık veya ayrımcılık
• Müstehcen, pornografik veya reşit olmayanları hedefleyen içerik
• Spam, dolandırıcılık, sahte kimlik veya yanıltıcı bilgi
• Telif hakkı ihlali veya izinsiz kişisel veri paylaşımı
• Platform güvenliğini zedeleyen yazılım, bot veya otomasyon kötüye kullanımı

4) Moderasyon, şikayet ve engelleme

• Kullanıcıları uygulama içinden şikayet edebilir ve engelleyebilirsiniz.
• Şikayetler incelenir; ihlal tespit edilirse içerik kaldırılabilir, hesap uyarılabilir, askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
• Engellediğiniz kullanıcıların içerikleri size gösterilmez.

5) Fikri mülkiyet

Platform tasarımı, markası ve yazılımı TUSubasa’ya aittir. Paylaştığınız içeriğin mülkiyeti sizde kalır; ancak hizmeti sunmak için gerekli saklama, gösterme ve iletim haklarını bize verirsiniz.

6) Hesabın sonlandırılması

• Hesabınızı uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
• Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları önceden bildirmeksizin askıya alma veya kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.

7) Sorumluluk reddi

Platform “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yasal olarak izin verilen azami ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

8) Değişiklikler

Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlanır. Önemli değişikliklerde makul yollarla bilgilendirme yapılabilir.

9) Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Sorularınız için: support@tusubasa.com.tr

TUSubasa Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TUSubasa website and mobile application (“Platform”). By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1) Scope of service

TUSubasa is a digital study and community platform offering focus/timer tools, voice/video rooms, text chat, direct messaging, social feed, and similar community features.

2) Account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
• Do not share your password with third parties; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Users under the age of 13 may not use the Platform.

3) User content (UGC) and conduct rules

You are responsible for all content you share on the Platform (messages, profile, posts, audio/video). Prohibited content and behavior includes:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or discrimination
• Obscene, pornographic, or content targeting minors
• Spam, fraud, fake identity, or misleading information
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized sharing of personal data
• Software, bots, or automation that undermines Platform security

4) Moderation, reporting, and blocking

• You can report and block users within the app.
• Reports are reviewed; if a violation is found, content may be removed and accounts may be warned, suspended, or closed.
• Content from users you block will not be shown to you.

5) Intellectual property

The Platform design, brand, and software belong to TUSubasa. You retain ownership of content you share; however, you grant us the storage, display, and transmission rights necessary to provide the service.

6) Account termination

• You can permanently delete your account within the app.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate the Terms without prior notice.

7) Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is.” Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms. The current text is published on this page. Material changes may be communicated through reasonable means.

9) Governing law and contact
